If you think this is out there, check out McDonald's in Taupo, New Zealand - a full-on DC-3 is part of the restaurant, and you can take your eat'in meal up there and sit down and have it inside the plane!
Why call it hamburger when it has no ham but beef? Beef burger!
That name is a perfect example of how any German can use compound words to make up new German words that are completely understandable for every other German and that are still grammatically correct. I could describe a truck driver who is delivering to a store that sells these things with the word Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursachergeschäftslieferwagenfahrer and everyone knows what I mean, even tho this one really is unnecessarily long and complex
Germans are famous for their long words, f.e. 'Eisenbahnknotenpunkthinundherschieber'.
"I don't even habe eine Banane" XD Best Gerlish ever.
Soft boiled egg shell predetermined breaking point creation device. In German you can leave the blanks out and connect them to one new word: Softboiledeggshellpredeterminedbreakingpointcreationdevice. The rule allow the creation of words like this. It's a bit unusual to do it with so much words but in this case it was a marketing trick that actually worked perfectly.
I see Pedda, I give a like
Whats the difference, at least it still tastes like a burger...❤
Wait, if you've never made soft boiled eggs (or "dippy eggs" as they're also known) then you must never have had dippy eggs and soldiers? Oh my poor deprived child!
In my city we have an Aldi with its own boat pier. We just love being on the water in Germany!
If you are old you taste less Salt. The professionels use Maggie instead salt.
Let me guess. You microwave your eggs right? Aaaand you must know that this vid is satire of @pietsmiet. Se hard German axsant is on purpose.
To classify: The video is, from a large German RUclips channel, which consists of several people. The tutorial and especially the English with the strong German accent is not really meant seriously. Peter Smits (the one in the video) can speak English much more fluently and with less accent. Many more it was a meme even among the viewers of Pietsmiet that Peter Smits uses such an "eggshell breaker" (Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher). Precisely because he is dubbed the 'snob' in the PietSmiets group. Because he was teased about it so often, he made this "tutorial" at some point. I personally don't know anyone in my private environment who uses such a device.
You don't eat soft-boiled eggs? WTH!!! 😮
I own a different kind of egg opener: It's a plastic ring with 2 tabs on the outer rim and when one presses them together, 30 triangular steel teeth protude from the inner rim and "bite" into the eggshell like a shark's jaws. It's almost as brutal as the common "beheading" of the egg with a knife. It's also dangerous - might cut one's thumb, for example. Therefore I praise the Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher! It's funny and safe and easy to use, well designed and precisely machined, it produces a clean cut and, after all, it's a witty application of the physical laws of gravity and conservation of momentum!
omg, loL, you're really funny, i mean talented.
Too bad you've taken the old videos offline, they were so much fun .-D I remember that back then you went by another name IIRC...
In Florida? Well, the gators get ya while you wait for your food :-D
We ze germans like to mash together long words to make zem even longer! Ze over-teh-top akzent of ze Presenter in ze video makes me cringe though.... :-D Jokes aside, I'd think since the contraption removed the cranium (like in "Hannibal" ;-) of the egg, we might call it egg-de-cranier or something along those lines...
Omg😂. I hope no pugs were harmed…
Or you could just use an egg cutter.
The Germans have a McBoat, We Brits have an unmanned research submarine called Boaty McBoatface.............
You've never eaten a soft-boiled egg? Never scooped it out of the shell? I am speechless. I have no speech.
I just use a teaspoon. It's close enough of a concave to get the good bits out of the shell.
We say rather Eierköpfer, literally egg-beheader. And it's a very important thing, because Germans couldn't survive without soft-boiled eggs.
I would argue that an Eierköpfer is something different, because the name suggests that it cuts off the entire top part of the egg, not just the shell without the egg itself
I remember seeing something that scrambled the egg in the shell advertised on TV years ago
Well Marie that's an "Äggskalbrytpunktsorsakare" in Swedish. Yes, we have them in Sweden as well. 😊
Svenska verkar vara ett riktigt lätt språk att lära sig om man talar tyska. Jag älskar ordet Äggskalbrytpunktsorsakare!

I once bought a Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher for myself and a day after it arrived i showed it to my parents one breakfast together. Well on the same day i ordered MY Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher 😂. They love this thing and me to 😊.
Your pronounciation was very good actualy 😊

You’re funny
u like salty "things" or not anymore?
That's a soft boiled egg girl the yolk is still liquid inside hard boiled means the yolk is solid then. You've never eaten a soft boiled egg before ?
Possibly not; in general Americans have a bit of a phobia about runny eggs.
@@MrLunarlander lol... The yellow danger...
@@MrLunarlandersays who? If you don’t have yolk for your toast, it’s overcooked trash.
@@MrLunarlander I think it's also because of their phobia with Salmonella. Because they wash their eggs and have to keep them in the fridge.
Next time on this channel: We are actually sixlets! :P
It was actually intended as a gag, but the invention has caught on!🤷♂😂
It's very handy. 😄
You! Are! Awesome! Fun to watch
The Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher is a joke item. In countries outside Germany and especially among RUclipsrs, the device is often mentioned, if only because of the very long name. I don't know anyone who owns the thing or actually uses it. Like most people, I open boiled eggs with a spoon or knife.
Ähm... We own one at home, an we use it sometimes. 😊
@@mbkl79 It was clear to me that there were people who would buy such things, otherwise they wouldn't be produced. To put it more precisely, I don't know anyone in my circle who owns such a thing.
